Our screening of entry level employees by full time recruiters includes a stringent hair follicle drug screen, integrity questionnaire and physical capacity test. Short service employees wear SSE stickers, so more experienced workers will look out for them. We conduct offsite behavior based training and provide supervisory leadership training to provide educational assistance for employees moving into greater levels of responsibility in the organization.
