Anthony joined the Company upon its founding as Senior Vice President & CFO, a position he held until November 2014 when he was promoted to President & Chief Financial Officer with overall responsibility for the profitability and operating performance of the Company. He was promoted to President and CEO in September 2017.

From April 2006 through September 2010, Mr. Gallegos held the position of Vice President Business Development of Scorpion Offshore. Scorpion Offshore was an international offshore drilling contractor with operations across the globe which was acquired by Seadrill in 2010. Prior to joining Scorpion Offshore, he held operational, marketing, corporate planning and management positions with Atwood Oceanics, Transocean and Ensco. Mr. Gallegos started his career working as a roughneck on offshore drilling rigs in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.

Mr. Gallegos is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the International Association of Drilling Contractors . He is a veteran of the US Army and holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from Rice University.

Bruce Humphries – Senior Vice President & COO

Bruce joined the Company in 2013 as Director of Operations and was responsible for Sidewinder’s operations in the Mid-Continent and Texas regions. In November 2014 he was promoted to Senior Vice President and COO with responsibility for the Company’s operations.

From August 2005 through June 2011 Mr. Humphries was a Senior Vice President of Bronco Drilling Company, a US land contract driller. In 2011 Bronco was acquired by NOMAC Drilling, a subsidiary of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, and he served as Director of New Rig Technology for NOMAC Drilling. Prior to Bronco, Mr. Humphries worked for Thomas Drilling Company for 23 years in positions of increasing operations management responsibilities. Prior to Thomas, he worked for nine years at Ratliff Drilling Company beginning as a roughneck and working his way to rig management.

Travis Fitts – Senior Vice President & CAO

Travis joined the Company in June 2011 as Senior Vice President and Chief Administration Officer. He currently leads Sidewinder’s Health, Safety, Environment; Human Resources; and Information Technology functions.

From April 2006 thru December 2010, Travis was Vice President HR/HSE for Scorpion Offshore, and served as Vice President HR/HSE for Select Energy Services prior to joining Sidewinder. Previously, Travis worked for Transocean as Director of Human Resources; Director of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment; and Marketing Manager. He began his career as an engineer and spent several years in Operations.

Mr. Fitts attended the University of Alabama where he received a B.S. in Mineral Engineering and later earned an MBA from Rice University. Travis is a former Chairman of the Petroleum Section of the National Safety Council.

Scott Keller – Vice President Marketing

Scott joined the Company in 2012 as Marketing Manager. In 2014, Scott was promoted to Director of Marketing where he was involved in marketing and contracting Sidewinder’s fleet of drilling rigs across the United States. In September 2017, he was promoted to Vice President Marketing with responsibility for the marketing, sales and contracting functions of the Company.

Prior to joining Sidewinder, Mr. Keller held the position of International Business Development Manager for Allis Chalmers Energy from March 2007 to November 2011. Allis Chalmers was an oil field service conglomerate with equipment based across both domestic and international markets before its combination with Archer in 2011. Before joining Allis Chalmers he held sales and business development roles for several oilfield service companies including Quality Rentals, and Varco.

Mr. Keller holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the International Association of Drilling Contractors.

Craig Dauterive – Vice President Sales

Craig joined the Company upon its founding as Vice President Marketing. He is responsible for Sidewinder’s sales function.

From April 2006 through July 2010, he held the position of Vice President Marketing of Scorpion Offshore. Prior to joining Scorpion Offshore, he held various marketing, procurement and executive positions with TODCO, Transocean, and Falcon Drilling Company including its predecessor companies.

Mr. Dauterive is a member of IADC. He is a veteran of the US Army and holds a B.B.A. from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
